About the Role

As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to multi‑channel enquiries, and helping customers find the perfect solution. You’ll handle ready-to-buy leads, follow up on engaged customers, and turn interest into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, offering expert advice on iTechworld products.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via email, social media, and internal systems.
- Work proactively to meet and exceed KPIs, including revenue targets and call volumes.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.




- Maintain an accurate customer database and nurture long-term relationships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Represent iTechworld at trade shows and events, providing live demos and generating leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and promotions.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales and closing deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven workplace.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the tech or energy storage industry is highly regarded.
- Current driver’s licence required.
