We are seeking Senior Vlocity / Salesforce Developers to join a high-profile digital transformation program delivering innovative, fit-for-purpose technology solutions.

You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary Scrum team, collaborating with developers, solution architects, UI/UX specialists and accessibility experts to deliver robust, reusable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

This is a hands-on development role suited to experienced Salesforce professionals with solid Vlocity / OmniStudio capability.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and deliver Salesforce Vlocity / OmniStudio solutions within a multidisciplinary Scrum team.
- Design and develop robust, reusable and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
- Work across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors .
- Contribute to solution design, development standards and technical design reviews.
- Ensure solutions meet coding, governance and quality standards.
- Support deployments across development, test and production environments.
- Develop and maintain integrations using technologies such as REST APIs and Platform Events .
- Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps and test automation practices.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and daily Scrum activities.




- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, UI/UX and accessibility specialists.
- Share knowledge and contribute to building the technical capability of the wider team.
- Provide technical guidance and promote best-practice Salesforce Vlocity development.

To be considered, you will need demonstrated experience in:

- Salesforce Vlocity / OmniStudio , specifically Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors.
- Object-oriented programming, frameworks and design patterns.
- Building and working with integrations, including REST APIs and Platform Events .
- Source control tools such as GitLab and package-based development.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud implementations.
- Working in Agile development environments and multidisciplinary delivery teams.

Experience or an interest in accessible design and development will be highly regarded.

Desirable experience

- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II and/or OmniStudio Developer certification.
- Experience with Jira, VS Code and DevOps practices .
- Successful delivery of 4+ Salesforce platform-based CRM projects using Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrable experience with AI agentic coding .
