➤ Lead discovery, definition and architecture workshops

➤ Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

➤ Prepare technical designs, scope and development estimates

➤ Work closely with clients, delivery teams, functional architects and partners

➤ Lead and mentor technical resources

➤ Establish best-practice development and delivery methodologies

➤ Support complex coding challenges and Proofs of Concept when required

➤ Collaborate across Salesforce, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success and Support teams





➤ Contribute to consulting practice growth and technical knowledge initiatives

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

✅ Ability to work independently and take ownership

✅ Strong interest in emerging technologies and innovation

✅ Proven ability to mentor and lead technical teams
