About Camargue Camargue is a leading independent fashion boutique known for exceptional personal service, a distinctive point of view and a carefully curated designer collection - Acne Studios, Dries Van Noten and Simone Rocha among them.

We're looking for a Sales Associate to join our James Street boutique: someone with a true passion for luxury fashion, who understands that our clients come to us for the experience as much as the collection.

The opportunity You'll join a close-knit team on one of Brisbane's best-known fashion streets, working across the designers we're known for.

This is a role for someone who wants to build a career in luxury retail - not just work on the shop floor. You'll develop genuine product and styling expertise, build your own client following, and be supported to grow as you do it.

What you'll do Sell and style

- Deliver highly personalised service that turns first-time visitors into returning clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the boutique's overall performance.
- Style clients with confidence, offering considered product and outfit recommendations.
- Develop deep knowledge of our designers, collections and fit.

Build your client book

- Grow and maintain your own client portfolio and contact book.
- Stay in touch with your clients, and let them know when new collections land.




- Look for opportunities to introduce new clients to Camargue.

Uphold the Camargue standard

- Help maintain immaculate visual merchandising and boutique presentation throughout the day.
- Meet Camargue's presentation and wardrobe standards.
- Handle returns and exchanges with a positive, service-led approach.

Support the boutique

- Assist with stock management, deliveries and replenishment.
- Follow point-of-sale, cash-handling, opening and closing procedures accurately.
- Contribute to a positive, professional and collaborative team environment.

About you

- A passion for luxury fashion and retail.
- A strong focus on delivering exceptional client service.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
- A team-oriented, proactive and positive attitude.
- Previous experience in premium or luxury retail.
