SAP ECP Payroll Functional Consultant

Location: Sydney

Type: Permanent

We’re looking for an experienced SAP ECP Functional Consultant to join a growing key client of ours and play a key role in delivering HRIS transformations.

We’re open to all experience levels , from consultants building their SAP Payroll career through to highly experienced specialists.

What you’ll be doing:

- Work across SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll implementations and configuration
- Configure Payroll Rules, Schemas and Australian payroll requirements
- Support solution design workshops and customer discussions
- Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions
- Deliver customer support and ensure high-quality outcomes
- Communicate requirements and changes to stakeholders
- Contribute to team development and delivery best practice
- Work across the broader SAP SuccessFactors landscape

What we’re looking for:

- SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration experience
- Strong understanding of Australian Payroll requirements,



including STP, Superannuation and Terminations
- Experience working on payroll implementations or support
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solution design and/or workshop facilitation experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Australian working rights

Desirable:

- Current Employment configuration experience
- Time Evaluation configuration experience
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification
