Key Responsibilities

- Support and maintain

SAP HR/HCM & Australian Payroll processes across PA, OM, PY and Time Management.

- Manage Australian payroll compliance including

STP, PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, Leave and Long Service Leave

.

- Support terminations, redundancies, year-end payroll activities, reconciliations and legislative updates

.

- Perform impact assessments, troubleshooting and day-to-day production support

.

- Work closely with

Payroll Managers, HR teams and business users and support integrations with SuccessFactors and other SAP systems.

- STP, PAYG, Superannuation & Payroll Tax

- Payroll Reconciliation & Troubleshooting

- SuccessFactors Employee Central

- SAP CPI / Integration Suite

- Banking & Superannuation Interfaces

- Stakeholder Management & Communication
