B&E; Foods is growing, and we are looking for experienced SAP Specialists to join our team and play a key role in our digital transformation journey.

We are particularly interested in SAP professionals with experience in food manufacturing, FMCG or broader manufacturing environments, who understand how technology supports real-world business operations.

We are currently seeking specialists across the following areas:

- SAP Finance – FICO / Group Reporting
- SAP Supply Chain – MM / Procurement / Inventory / EWM
- SAP Production Planning – PP
- SAP Sales & Distribution – SD
- SAP HR – SuccessFactors / Payroll

Please note: This is an on-site position based in Blacktown, NSW. The role is initially offered as a fixed-term, full-time position, with the potential to transition to a permanent role. Interstate travel may be required during key project and Go-Live periods. About B&E; Foods

About the Roles

As an SAP Specialist, you will work closely with business stakeholders,



internal teams and external system integrators to ensure our new systems deliver real business value.

Depending on your area of expertise, you will be involved in:

- Supporting and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Working with business teams to prepare for and successfully transition through Go-Live and Hypercare.
- Supporting training, change management and user adoption.
- Helping business teams understand and adopt new SAP processes and functionality.
- Reviewing and documenting business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting the implementation and optimisation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
- Providing hands-on support during system and site rollouts.
- Working with stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, finance, sales and other business functions.
- Supporting knowledge transfer and building internal capability.
- Contributing to continuous improvement following implementation.
- Working with external implementation partners to resolve issues and deliver project outcomes.
- Travelling interstate as required before, during and after key project milestones.

What We're Looking For We are particularly interested in candidates who bring:

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud.




- Experience working in food manufacturing, FMCG or manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
- Experience supporting SAP implementation, UAT, Go-Live or Hypercare activities.
- The ability to translate business requirements into practical system and process solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work effectively with both business users and technical teams.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to problem solving.
- Experience with SAP BTP, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, data migration or system integration will be highly regarded.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related discipline is desirable.
- Full Australian working rights.
