About the role
Plan and manage the day-to-day and week-to-week schedule for ATU/Septic servicing technicians across metro and country areas. Allocate jobs based on location, travel time, technician skill set and priority, keeping the schedule running as efficiently as possible. Follow through on every service — making sure reports reach Shires and homeowners promptly and quoting any further works identified.
Coordinate pump-out requests with the Liquid Waste division, keep job, quote and CRM records accurate and up to date to support smooth invoicing. As the role develops, it is expected to take on scheduling for the ATU installation team and other civil works.
Key responsibilities

- Quote any further works identified and liaise with clients.
- Coordinate pump-out requests with the Liquid Waste division
- Keep job, quote and CRM records accurate and up to date to support smooth invoicing
- Take on scheduling for the ATU installation team and civil works as the role develops
About you
- Proven experience in scheduling, dispatch or logistics coordination in plumbing, trade services, civil, wastewater or a similar field-based industry
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage a dynamic,
multi-technician schedule across metro and country areas
- Excellent communication skills — confident liaising with technicians, clients, Shires, government departments and subcontractors
- Competence with scheduling and CRM/job management systems (experience with Servicem8 highly regarded)
- High attention to detail, particularly around compliance-sensitive documentation
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to manage competing priorities and last-minute changes
- A positive, can-do attitude and genuine pride in keeping things running smoothly
- WA Driver's Licence
