Kelly Automotive Group in Australia is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator / BDC to join our growing team. The role focuses on scheduling service appointments, replying quickly to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat, and confirming appointments.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service and computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) and delivers skilled, reliable service. We offer competitive pay, medical and dental coverage from day one, a 401K after 90 days, and ample PTO.
