Production Yard Hands & General Labourers
Location: Caversham, WA
Roster: Monday-Friday | 6:00am-2:00pm
Employment Type: Ongoing Casual | Potential to become permanent

Category 5 Labour Management is seeking reliable and experienced Production Yard Hands and General Labourers with a current LF Forklift Licence to join our client, a well-established Australian manufacturer and supplier of bricks, concrete blocks, pavers and other building products.
These are hands‑on roles combining forklift operation, production work and manual handling within a busy outdoor manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Operate forklifts to move and organise product packs
- Load, unload and relocate products safely around the yard
- Assist with manufacturing concrete blocks and masonry products
- Pick, pack and strap finished products
- Complete quality checks on finished products
- Assist with production machinery and general labouring
- Complete repetitive manual handling throughout the shift
- Maintain clean and safe production and yard areas

What We’re Looking For:

- Current LF Forklift Licence – essential
- Previous forklift operating experience – essential
- Current WA Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Previous manufacturing, production, yard or similar hands‑on experience
- Reliable work history and good attendance
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling




- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening
- Ability to complete required online onboarding and site inductions prior to commencement
