My client is a diversified financial services firm based in Melbourne's Inner East. Their team includes industry experts across specialist areas including accounting, wealth management, financial planning, insurance, and retirement planning. Established over 10 years ago, the firm continues to experience strong organic growth driven by client referrals. Revenue is split evenly across accounting and financial planning, providing a highly team-oriented environment across divisions. They are now looking to appoint a Senior Accountant to join their close-knit team. There is genuine scope for long-term development and internal progression, with a clear career pathway in place. Once established in the role, you will have the opportunity to work with larger and more complex client groups, review and manage the work of offshore team members and with mentorship on offer, develop into a supervisory-level position.

Their clientele is very broad and services a range of different industry sectors.



Their internal referrals from their financial advice arm also has led to a strong footprint in private clients; family groups/investment.

The firm offers a supportive and collaborative office environment, with 14 staff locally and 4 offshore team members. The office is open plan and team-oriented.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum of 5 years’ Business Services experience
- Completion of CA/CPA qualifications
- Experience with clients across a variety of entity-types and industries
- Robust communication skills
- A desire to work in a team workplace
