We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage a portfolio of high-calibre clients. You'll take ownership of compliance, advisory, and management reporting while mentoring junior and off shore team members and collaborating with directors and managers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns and BAS/IAS for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals
- Preparation of management reports and assistance with business advisory engagements
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Provide business advisory, tax planning, and structuring services
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to add value

About You To succeed in this role you will have:

- Minimum 3 years' public practice experience
- CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)




- Robust technical knowledge of accounting principles and Australian tax
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with clients and lead team members
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive and growth-oriented; you see opportunities and act on them
- Genuine interest in business and understanding what makes it succeed
- Curiosity about how AI can help you execute your work
