The Role

- Advise clients on complex and novel legal issues across litigation and dispute resolution, employment law or construction matters.
- Develop legal strategies, manage client relationships and supervise junior practitioners within a collaborative team environment.
- Represent clients in courts, commissions, mediations and other dispute resolution forums, including urgent and high-stakes matters where required.

About You





- You will ideally have a minimum of 5 years’ post-admission experience in litigation and dispute resolution, employment law or construction law.
- You bring strong drafting, advocacy and communication skills, together with sound commercial judgment and a detailed understanding of legal processes.
- You are a confident and collegiate professional who can work autonomously, manage client relationships and mentor junior lawyers.
