Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – Capital Markets | Sydney

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Capital Markets to join a major transformation program with a prominent Australian financial institution.

Location: Sydney, NSW

Employment: Permanent

Key Focus Areas

- Capital Markets & OTC Derivatives
- Derivatives Clearing & Back-Office Processes
- Interest Rate Derivatives & Fixed Income
- Clearing Risk Management
- Regulatory Reporting
- Trading & Clearing Platforms
- Business Transformation

Must Have
- 5+ years of Capital Markets experience , particularly derivatives and back-office processes.
- Strong understanding of Interest Rate Derivatives and Fixed Income .
- Strong Business Analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management experience.
- Solid Agile delivery experience.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery artefacts.




- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have
- Database, Java and XML knowledge.
- Experience with application server logs.
- Exposure to Central Banks / Central Clearing Houses.
- CFA, FRM or BA certifications.
- Financial services, digital banking or enterprise platform experience.
