Our client is undertaking a significant digital transformation program and is seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to work across complex technology initiatives, partnering with senior stakeholders, business teams and technical delivery team. The role will focus on applications, system integration, business process improvement and enabling effective data exchange between core and satellite systems.

Experience within Aerospace, Defence, Manufacturing or other highly regulated industries will be highly advantageous.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

- 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, delivering complex IT and application initiatives.
- Lead requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation across multiple teams and projects.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder consultations, engaging effectively from operational teams through to senior executives.
- Analyse business processes, systems, data flows, user journeys and service interactions.
- Define and document integration requirements, including real-time and near-real-time data exchange.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, technical teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.
- Experience working across enterprise applications and COTS environments.
- Experience with ERP, PLM, MRP,



MRO or other enterprise business systems will be highly regarded.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and operational efficiency.
- Develop and support business cases, investment proposals, cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments.
- Maintain traceability between requirements, solution design, testing and delivered outcomes.
- Define acceptance criteria and support UAT and testing activities.
- Work collaboratively with Architecture, Integration, Development, Data and Technology teams.
- Solid understanding of business analysis, requirements management and solution design.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments, with proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior Business Analysts and contributing to BA governance and continuous improvement.
