Salary Range: LGO4 ($86,720 - $92,954 per annum + superannuation) based on skills, qualifications and experience

About The Role
This is a key business support role responsible for providing high-level administrative, financial and operational support to the Planning and Development team. Working closely with leaders and stakeholders across the business, you will help coordinate business support activities, manage competing priorities and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the section.
As a senior member of the team, you will provide guidance and mentoring to Business Support Officers, promote consistent service standards, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and foster a positive and collaborative team culture that supports employee engagement and organisational success. This varied role combines executive support, financial administration, recruitment coordination, records management and stakeholder engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across a broad range of responsibilities while delivering excellent customer service and organisational outcomes.
About You
- Experience in business support, administration or executive support
- Leadership and mentoring experience
- Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to improve processes and support team performance
- Sound financial administration and procurement knowledge
- High level computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience
- Current C Class Driver Licence
