Your Mission
Drive strategic growth by building, strengthening and activating high-value partnerships across Atmos’ ecosystem, including insurers, brokers, corporate clients, government, technology vendors and industry bodies. Working across First Response, Disputes + Investigations, and Readiness, you will collaborate with senior leaders to develop growth strategies, lead strategic pursuits, manage key relationships and deliver measurable revenue outcomes. This role is responsible for expanding Atmos’ market presence in cyber risk, data privacy and digital law services, positioning Atmos as the trusted first-response partner and leading protective ecosystem for organisations navigating digital risk and disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development activities across the First Response, Disputes + Investigations and Readiness teams, partnering with leaders to achieve growth objectives.
- Develop and manage relationships across key insurance, broker, corporate and referral partner accounts.
- Drive partner engagement initiatives, including meetings, events, joint campaigns, thought leadership opportunities and strategic introductions.
- Identify and progress new business opportunities arising from partner and client relationships.
- Own major pitches, tenders, panel appointments, capability statements and proposal submissions.
- Work with subject matter experts across legal,
cyber intelligence and crisis communications teams to develop compelling client proposals.
- Manage client relationship programmes, strategic account plans and key account initiatives to drive retention, cross-selling and revenue growth.
- Own partnership activity within HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking of engagement, opportunities and outcomes.
- Support industry body participation, sponsorships, speaking opportunities and networking initiatives.
- Lead partner plans, account reviews and strategic growth initiatives.
- Track and report on partnership performance, pipeline activity, tender outcomes and growth opportunities.
- Support and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on business development and stakeholder engagement activities.
What You’ll Be Accountable For
- Growth outcomes across the First Response, Disputes + Investigation and Readiness practice groups.
- Strong engagement across priority partners, clients and referral networks.
- Successful delivery of major pitches, tenders, panel appointments and strategic opportunities.
- Effective client relationship programmes and key account initiatives.
- Revenue growth and cross-selling opportunities across strategic clients and partnerships.
- High-quality proposals, submissions and client-facing materials.
- Accurate partnership, pipeline and tender reporting.
- Development and support of junior team members.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in business development, partnerships, account management or a similar growth-focused role.
- Experience supporting multiple business units, service lines or practice groups.
- Demonstrated experience leading pitches, tenders, panel appointments and proposal processes.
- Experience managing key account programmes and strategic client relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent written communication skills and proposal development capability.
- Experience using CRM platforms (ideally HubSpot).
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and representing the business externally.
- Experience mentoring or leading junior team members.
- A proactive, relationship-oriented mindset with robust attention to detail and follow-through.
