Westpac is seeking a Personal Banker to engage customers in-branch and by phone, blending sales with service to understand and meet their financial needs.

You will refer customers to Home Loans and Business Banking teams, and coach them on our digital banking tools while aiming to hit sales and referral targets.

This full time, branch-based role operates Monday to Friday; comprehensive training and a supportive team will help you flourish in your new career with Westpac.
