Client Services Manager – Brisbane South

CMBM Facility Services is a proudly Queensland-owned and operated business providing high-quality facility and cleaning services across the state. Due to continued growth, we're seeking a Client Services Manager who combines exceptional customer service with solid administrative and digital skills to oversee cleaning operations at key client sites in Brisbane's southern suburbs.

About the Role

n

This is a mobile, on-the-road role where you'll be the key contact for clients and frontline teams across a variety of sites, including council facilities, pubs and clubs, and commercial offices.

n

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting service delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring our teams consistently deliver high-quality cleaning services. You will use your administrative and technical skills alongside a proactive and personable approach to manage day-to-day operations. Full training will be provided in our cleaning operations, quality standards, products, procedures and compliance requirements.

You will also have the opportunity to grow your portfolio by identifying and promoting additional services such as carpet cleaning, pressure washing and external window cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel between client sites daily - company vehicle provided
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, and contractors
n
- Conduct regular site inspections and client check-ins
n
- Monitor service quality and ensure client expectations are met
n
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel,



Outlook, and SharePoint for communication, reporting and administration
n
- Learn and use internal systems for timesheets, invoicing and costing
n
- Assist with stock control and equipment ordering
n
- Proactively resolve client issues and identify opportunities for improvement
n
- Promote and upsell additional services to increase account value
n
- Coach, support and communicate effectively with frontline cleaning teams
n
- Ensure compliance with CMBM procedures, quality standards and client requirements
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Previous experience in the Cleaning Industry or similar
n
- Strong administration and computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
n
- Ability and willingness to learn new systems and processes, including SharePoint and internal software
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Confidence in building and maintaining client relationships
n
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong focus on achieving results
n
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites and priorities
n
- Confidence identifying sales opportunities and promoting additional services
n
- A willingness to learn the operational side of the cleaning and facilities industry
n
- A current Police Check or willingness to obtain one
n
