A senior executive role appointed at a pivotal point in the organisation's evolution, with accountability for driving results, growth and expansion across a complex integrated health business.
n
Reporting to the Group Executive, Operations & Deputy CEO, you will lead the integrated health portfolio with a mandate to drive alignment between strategy and execution while delivering measurable improvements across operational, clinical and commercial outcomes.
n
You will be accountable for strategy, operational leadership, clinical governance and expansion, bringing structure and discipline to a capable but evolving environment. This includes lifting accountability, improving commercial and operational outcomes, and positioning the business for its next phase of growth.
n
Success will be defined by your ability to translate direction into sustained results while influencing across the Executive and building momentum throughout the organisation.
n
Your mandate is not simply to oversee—but to translate direction into sustained results.

This includes:

- Driving consistent operational and financial outcomes across services
n
- Creating alignment between strategy, execution and day-to-day delivery
n
- Identifying and progressing growth opportunities across services, capability and footprint
n
- Lifting accountability and expectations across leaders and teams
n
- Ensuring governance frameworks support both quality and scalability
n
- Partnering with the Executive to deliver cohesive, enterprise-wide outcomes
n

Your Background
n
n
- Executive or senior leadership experience within health, allied health or a comparable service-based environment
n
- A track record of delivering organisational improvement, growth or operational uplift
n
- Experience operating across multidisciplinary and/or multi-site environments
n
- Strong capability across strategy, financial leadership and service delivery
n
- The ability to influence effectively at both operational and executive levels
n
n
