Garfield Pizzeria is looking for an experienced 2IC / Front of House Supervisor to join the team in Carlton.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can stay across the many moving parts of a busy service.

Key responsibilities

Lead from the floor and keep service sharp, confident and seamless

Support, train and develop the FOH team

Work closely with the kitchen and management to deliver service with rhythm and precision

Stay across the floor, takeaway, bar and overall flow of service

Build genuine relationships with guests and regulars

Maintain high standards across service, presentation and the venue

Contribute to a team built on energy, pride and professionalism

About you

Previous hospitality supervisory or leadership experience

Availability for 30-38 hours per week, including weekends

A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience

Fast, switched-on and detail-oriented

Confident,



personable and naturally good at building rapport

Able to see what needs doing and act without always being asked

Reliable, self-aware and steady under pressure

Willing to lead by example and get your hands dirty

A genuine interest in being excellent and learning the Garfield way: care, consistency and craft
