Restaurant Manager & Supervisor - Sanctuary Cove & Coolangtta

We are currently looking for experienced Restaurant Managers and Supervisors to join our teams at both our Coolangatta and Sanctuary Cove locations.

We are looking for motivated hospitality professionals who can lead a team, deliver excellent customer service and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy restaurant.

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage staff, rosters and daily operations

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong knowledge of restaurant operations

Reliable, professional and well presented

Previous hospitality supervisory experience preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills





Confident managing a busy service

Ability to support and motivate staff

Reliable and professional attitude
