Are you an experienced transport and logistics professional looking to lead a dedicated team in a rapidly expanding industry? We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Transport Administration Manager to join our high-performing team in Heatherton.

In this role, you will oversee administrative and support services, streamline operational workflows, and manage a close-knit team of up to 5 administration staff. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will serve as a vital link between operations, drivers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and support an administrative team of up to 5 employees
n
- Operational & Systems Management: Act as the internal expert for our Freight Management System (FMS)
n
- Invoicing & Driver Pays: Oversee the accuracy of invoice runs, resolve billing queries and manage driver time processing
n
- Compliance & Driver Oversight: Audit driver run sheets for fatigue compliance, check timesheets, track PODs, and coordinate pallet reconciliations.
n
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure rapid resolution of client queries and handling escalations

What We Are Looking For

- Transport Experience (Essential): Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced transport or logistics environment.
n
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing, training, or developing administrative personnel.
n
- Technical Aptitude: Solid proficiency in Freight Management Systems (FMS) and MS Office Suite.
n
- Analytical Mindset: High level of literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail when auditing paperwork and performance metrics.
n
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
