Coco Cubano Pacific Fair is seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Cafe Manager (2IC) to co-lead our vibrant, fast-paced café. We have been part of the Pacific Fair community for 10 years, known for our all‐day breakfast, lunch, coffee and crafted cold drinks, and coastal-inspired vibe.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, inspire and develop our high-performing team
n
- Assist to manage daily operations, including rostering, stock, compliance, and recruitment
n
- Maintain high-quality food, coffee, and service standards
n
- An all-rounder who is willing to learn all parts of the business inc. FOH, kitchen & management
n
- Contribute to process improvements and menu innovation
n
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and cost control
n

About you

- Hospitality leadership experience in a fast-paced café
n
- Strong coffee knowledge and service focus
n
- Knowledge and passion for food and beverage
n
- Solid work ethic, excellent communication and team development skills
n
- Maturity and initiative to help manage the venue
n
- Full working rights and ability to pass a police check
n
