We're on the lookout for a motivated, people-focused Practice Manager to join our Robina dental centre on a 6-month contract.
n Operating as a busy 3-chair clinic, Robina offers a great opportunity for someone ready to step into leadership or build on existing management experience within a supportive, well-established environment.
n You'll be backed by an experienced and highly engaged Regional Leader, dedicated to helping you succeed, grow your leadership skills, and feel confident in the role from day one.
n Whether you're an experienced Centre Leader, Practice Manager, or a Senior Dental Assistant ready to take the next step, this role offers valuable exposure and the chance to make a genuine impact.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Leading the day-to-day operations of a busy 3-chair dental clinic
n
- Motivating and supporting your team to deliver excellent patient care
n
- Managing rosters, workflow, patient coordination and centre presentation
n
- Supporting clinicians to keep daily operations running smoothly
n
- Monitoring centre performance and spotting opportunities for improvement
n
- Working closely with your Regional Leader for ongoing support and guidance
n

About you

n

You're organised, approachable and enjoy supporting teams while keeping operations running smoothly.
n You'll bring:

n

n
- Experience in Dental as Senior Dental Assistant, Clinic Coordinator etc
n
- Leadership experience in dental, healthcare or similar operational settings ideal
n
- Confidence managing rostering, workflow and patient coordination
n




- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to jump in where needed
n
- Passion for patient care and team success
n
