As we continue to expand our cloud and enterprise business globally, we are looking for a high-impact AlgoSec Resident Engineer to join our Sales team and work with ANZ/ SEA based customers.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Consult customers with best practices as a 'Trusted Advisor'.
n
- Identify trends in customer technical landscape, org structures, or priorities, and **escalate** key insights to internal teams.
n
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Channel teams to deliver customer impact.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar position, in a software company.
n
- NV1 security clearance is needed.




n
- Experience in Linux/UNIX environments.
n
- Experience with networking devices (Switches, Routers etc.)
n
- Experience in firewall administration and configuration (Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto etc.)
n
- Experience working with Cloud platforms and managing Cloud Security.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
n
- Ability to operate under pressure in deadline-driven situations and business emergencies.
n
- Experience dealing with Global customers.
n
- Customer oriented and ability to establish customer's trust.
n
- Problem solver, result driven, demonstrating a 'make it happen' attitude, attention to details.
n
- Team player, pleasant to work with, with a high level of integrity, bright, self-learner.
n
- Ability to identify and **escalate** revenue-driving adoption or expansion signals.
n
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, working on-site (ANZ/ SEA) with AlgoSec customers.
