About the Opportunity

n

We are currently seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses to join our Transitional Care Program (TCP) at our Kingsley site, on a casual basis.

n

Brightwater Kingsley is a 41-bed Transitional Care facility, supporting older adults as they transition from hospital back to home. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ideal for nurses who enjoy variety, teamwork, and making a real difference in short-term recovery outcomes.

The Role

n

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role within our multi-disciplinary team, working alongside Registered Nurses, allied health professionals, and support staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

n

You will support residents to regain independence and confidence through:

n

n
- Delivering safe, clinical care aligned with best practice
n
- Supporting daily living activities including hygiene, nutrition, and mobility
n
- Administering medications and monitoring clinical needs
n
- Contributing to care planning and positive patient outcomes
n




- Encouraging social connection and emotional wellbeing
n

n

You may also take ownership of clinical focus areas such as:

n

n
- Wound care and falls prevention
n
- Continence and nutrition management
n
- Pain management and behaviours of concern
n
- Infection control and medication safety
n

n

Shifts Available

n

We offer casual PM shifts (3:00pm – 10:15pm). Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends is essential.

About You

n

You are a compassionate and confident nurse who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting. You bring:

n

n
- Current Ahpra registration
n
- NDIS Clearance
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in aged care and/or hospital settings
n
- Robust clinical capability and attention to detail
n
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to person-centred care
n
