Job Description

HBF Health Limited is seeking a Member Relationship Consultant for our Booragoon branch in Western Australia. You'll be the first point of contact, helping members with health cover options face-to-face and the phone.

In a small team, you'll identify member needs, recommend the right product, and occasionally travel to other branches. The role requires solid customer service, empathy, and multi-channel communication across phone and email.
