ORS is expanding its Workplace Rehabilitation team in Melbourne, and we're seeking an experienced NES Rehabilitation Consultant ready to step into a Principal Consultant role.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Deliver Workplace Rehabilitation services specialising in New Employer Services
n
- Conduct functional capacity evaluations, vocational assessments & job readiness
n
- Manage return-to-work programs and injury management plans
n
- Liaise with employers, insurers, medical professionals & stakeholders
n
- Provide evidence-based case management and rehabilitation planning
n
- Work across homes, workplaces, clinics and ORS offices
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in Occupational Rehabilitation / Rehab Consulting
n
- Qualification in one of the following:
n
- Psychology
n
- Rehabilitation Counselling
n
- Registration with AHPRA, ASORC
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and report writing skills
n
- Driver's licence and access to a vehicle
n
n
