The applicant requires minimum of 2 years' relevant experience as a Restaurant Manager

Skills Required;

The applicant is required to have the following list of skills;

n

Lead the day-to-day restaurant operation with a strong presence on the floor.

n

Ability to work in a busing restaurant environment

n

Ability to coordinating and supervising restaurant operations and service quality;

n

Ability to liaising and coordinating with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure effective food preparation and service delivery;

n

Ability to plan menus in consultation with chefs;

n

Ability to plan and organising special functions and events;

n

Ability to arrange the purchasing and pricing of goods in accordance with budgetary requirements;

n





Maintaining records relating to stock control and financial transactions;

n

Ability to ensure dining facilities comply with health and safety regulations and are maintained in a clean, functional, and presentable condition;

n

Confer with customers to assess satisfaction with meals and services provided;

n

Take reservations, greeting guests, and assisting with customer orders where required;

n

Manage rostering, labour, service standards and daily operational requirements

n
