OVERVIEW:

Our client is one of the world's leading commercial real estate and investment management companies. As General Manager, you'll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that manages some of Australia's most prominent property assets on behalf of a renowned national property landlord.

This is a senior leadership role overseeing one of Adelaide's' most premium property portfolios. There is strong on the ground support with dedicated Facilities Managers and Assistant Property Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
n
- Build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
n
- Manage day-to-day property issues and ensure lease obligations are met.
n
- Coordinate lease administration and maintain accurate records.
n
- Work closely with the wider property management team to resolve enquiries.
n
- Assist with tenant retention initiatives and property activations.
n
- Carry out responsibilities in line with the Management Agreement.
n
- Prepare regular reports on property performance for clients.
n
- Assist with preparing budgets and annual outgoings reconciliations.
n
- Coordinate property inspections and follow up maintenance and repairs.
n
- Ensure properties meet Work Health & Safety requirements.
n
- Assist with risk management,



compliance and insurance audits.
n
- Monitor lease expiry dates and coordinate renewals and lease changes.
n
- Work with landlords, tenants and stakeholders on leasing matters.
n
- Help resolve tenancy and leasing issues when they arise.
n
- Assist with property valuations by coordinating inspections and information.
n
- Liaise with solicitors and ensure compliance with relevant property legislation.

CRITERIA:

n

n
- Senior commercial, retail or industrial property management experience. Ideally with A Grade/Premium assets, or exposure to redevelopments
n
- Experience with multi-site portfolio management preferred
n
- Ability to lead high performing team and enjoy mentoring
n
- Strong financial/reporting capabilities
n
- Excellent tenant and customer relationship skills
n
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
n
- Availability for Interstate travel up to twice P/A
n
