CatholicCare Tasmania is seeking a Youth & Therapeutic House Lead to manage a residential facility in Launceston, providing 24/7 therapeutic care for young people. You will collaborate with the Placement Lead and Therapeutic Specialist to implement therapeutic plans, supervise Youth Workers, and ensure safe, structured living environments that promote growth and independence.

The role requires leadership, solid communication, and the ability to respond to complex emotional and behavioral needs
