About the role

You’ll take ownership of site operations, leading teams to safely deliver projects while maintaining programme, quality and client expectations across large-scale civil works.

Key responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day site operations across major civil projects
- Lead supervisors, engineers and subcontractors on site
- Drive programme, productivity and delivery outcomes
- Maintain strong safety and quality standards
- Coordinate labour,



plant and materials efficiently
- Work closely with senior leadership and project teams

About you

- Proven experience as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager within civil construction
- Strong background delivering complex infrastructure projects
- Experience managing large site teams and subcontractors
- Ability to perform in rapid-paced project environments
- Strong communication and leadership capability
