Stantec is seeking a Principal or Associate Mechanical Engineer to join our Perth Buildings team. This senior role blends technical leadership with business development, client engagement and project delivery.

You will lead from the front on complex building services design, HVAC, heat load calculations, equipment sizing and coordination, while mentoring junior engineers and building robust relationships with architects, contractors and end users.
