The Bureau of Meteorology Energy & Resources Program seeks a Customer Lead to manage relationships with energy, resources and telecommunications customers. You will work with E&R; team members and other Bureau teams to handle enquiries, opportunities, products and projects.

The successful candidate will be an experienced customer engagement specialist with a solid track record of building deep, trusted relationships and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
