About the role
You'll manage complex and higher-risk registry activity - applications, redemptions, transfers, distributions and payments - while running daily huddles, coordinating workflow, and acting as the go-to expert across a busy Fund Services team spanning Australia and Malaysia. You'll report to the Team Leader, Fund Services, and play a key role in quality control, training and client escalations.

Your day-to-day
- Own complex applications, redemptions, transfers and distributions
- Investigate exceptions,
breaks and rejected payments end-to-end
- Run daily huddles and coordinate team workflow
- Coach and train Client Services Associates on process and quality
- Escalate AML/CTF, sanctions and control risks appropriately
What you'll bring
- Solid experience in registry, transfer agency or fund administration
- Robust knowledge of unit pricing, reconciliations and payment controls
- Experience coaching or mentoring junior team members
- Working knowledge of AML/CTF, CDD and operational risk frameworks
- Confidence influencing outcomes without formal authority
