The Role

This role offers the chance to step into a key position within a growing Corporate/M&A; team, working on a mix of headline transactions and strategic advisory matters.

You will advise listed companies, financial sponsors and major private corporates, with exposure to:

- Private and public M&A; transactions
- Equity capital markets
- Corporate governance and advisory
- Regulatory matters, including ASX Listing Rules and the Corporations Act 2001

This is a genuine career-building role, offering strong partner access,



meaningful client contact and the opportunity to take ownership of matters as well as mentor more junior lawyers.

About You You are a driven Corporate lawyer looking to take the next step in your career, with:

- 5+ years’ PQE from a recognised corporate practice
- Strong M&A; and ECM experience
- Commercially astute, with a client-first mindset
- The ability to manage transactions and competing deadlines
- An interest in mentoring and contributing to team growth
