Role/Title: Senior Data & AI Engineer - 6- 12 Years

Mode of Hiring: Permanent

Role Purpose

- Senior hands on engineer responsible for bridging data engineering, and AI engineering.
- Has delivered end to end AI solutions from concept and design through production deployment and business outcomes.
- Builds the data foundations, pipelines, integrations, and production platforms required for AI and agentic solutions.
- Provides technical leadership and helps uplift data engineers into AI engineering capabilities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- A senior, hands on Data & AI Engineer who has already delivered real world AI and data solutions at scale, can write production quality code, build and operate platforms,



integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, collaborate with data scientists, and mentor others to grow AI engineering capability across the organization.

Essential Experience

- Strong hands on experience in:
- Data Engineering
- Software Engineering
- Machine Learning Engineering
- AI Engineering
- Proven delivery of enterprise scale data or AI solutions from concept to production.
- Solid Python and SQL skills.
- Experience with:
- APIs
- Microservices
- Event driven architectures
- Distributed systems
- Expertise in cloud data and AI platforms.
- Experience with Spark, Databricks, or similar technologies.
- Solid understanding of:
- LLMs
- Embeddings
- Vector databases
- RAG
- Agent orchestration
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, security, governance, and responsible AI.
- Experience mentoring and leading engineering teams.
