We are seeking a talented and commercially minded Senior Designer to join a growing design team within a leading women's fashion business.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced designer with a solid aesthetic, exceptional trend awareness, and the ability to create compelling collections that resonate with diverse customer profiles. You will play a pivotal role in driving creative direction, identifying emerging trends, and delivering product that strengthens the brand's unique identity while achieving commercial success.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead the design and development of seasonal collections across multiple womenswear categories.
- Research global fashion trends, customer insights, fabric innovations, and competitor activity to inform product direction.
- Translate trends into commercially successful product concepts aligned with each brand's DNA.
- Create detailed design packs and collaborate closely with product development, sourcing, and production teams.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure collections are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Present seasonal concepts, colour palettes, key silhouettes, and trend direction to internal stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior designers, fostering creativity and design excellence within the team.
- Contribute to the long-term creative vision and product strategy of the business.





What You'll Bring

- Proven experience in a Senior Designer position within women's fashion.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, trend forecasting capability, and commercial product success.
- Experience designing across multiple product categories and/or brands.
- Excellent understanding of garment construction, fabrics, fit, and silhouettes.
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial outcomes in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Highly organised with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for fashion, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer-focused product.
