This is an opportunity with significant autonomy and senior leadership exposure as you will lead a multidisciplinary development team and take ownership of projects, people and decisions across a growing Australian energy portfolio.

You'll work closely with senior leadership, investors and key stakeholders to provide clear direction across the portfolio while maintaining oversight of project status, critical paths and emerging issues.

Duties:

- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary development team
- Maintain explicit oversight of project status, risks, milestones and critical path
- Translate strategic priorities into clear project plans and actions
- Oversee planning, approvals and regulatory workstreams
- Identify emerging project risks and recommend practical solutions
- Drive portfolio prioritisation and readiness for financial close
- Support senior leadership with investor, due diligence and Board requirements

Skills & Experience we are looking for:

- Significant project development experience within the Australian energy or infrastructure sector
- Strong planning background with experience navigating Australian approvals processes




- Experience leading multidisciplinary development teams
- Understanding of grid connection, land tenure and community engagement
- Strong commercial and strategic judgement across complex development projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable operating autonomously while maintaining disciplined reporting to senior leadership
