Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Senior Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and systems. The role involves translating business and technical requirements into robust solutions, contributing to software architecture, reviewing code, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring high standards of performance, security, and reliability.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing software features, developing scalable and maintainable code, conducting code reviews, identifying and resolving technical issues, improving application performance, and supporting system integration. The role also involves collaborating with product managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to define technical solutions and deliver high-quality software. The successful candidate will contribute to development standards, technical documentation, testing strategies, and continuous improvement of engineering processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology,



or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of software development principles, system design, and application architecture.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, Go, or similar.
- Strong understanding of databases, APIs, cloud technologies, version control, and software development methodologies.
- Familiarity with scalable architecture, distributed systems, CI/CD, automated testing, and application security.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to design clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Understanding of Agile development and team-oriented engineering practices.
- Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical decision-making.
