Carlile Swim North Lakes is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join our leadership team. You will lead a high-performing CX team, support Pool Deck Supervisors, and help ensure exceptional experiences for every family across the centre's programs.

You will work closely with the Swim School Manager and Program Manager to balance day-to-day operations, teaching shifts, and customer journey improvements, fostering a care-driven, compliant culture.
