Cipher Recruitment is seeking a Level 3 Engineer/Service Desk Level 3 Technician – Networking for a growing Australian MSP. The role is hybrid with 2–3 days per week in North Sydney Barangaroo office to support enterprise clients.
You will own complex Level 3 networking incidents, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with clients, vendors and internal teams to deliver long-term fixes. Robust networking knowledge and Fortinet/Palo Alto firewall experience are required.
