The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Tax & Business Services Manager or Senior Manager to join our growing team.

This is an chance to step into a genuine leadership role where you'll work closely with Partners, manage key client relationships, mentor and develop team members, and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with a partner and assist in the supervision and training of other team members

Review Financial Statements, Tax Returns and Business Activity Statements for Individuals, Partnerships, Trusts and Companies in a wide range of industries

Build and manage client relationships to provide support and create solutions for their business, taxation, and accounting requirements

Prepare, review,



and analyse Management Financial Statements

Prepare and review year-end tax planning reports to present to clients

Mentor, coach and develop junior team members

About You

You are an experienced public practice accountant seeking a role that offers greater responsibility, meaningful client relationships and a clear pathway for long-term career growth.

You will bring:

6+ years' experience in public practice accounting

CA or CPA qualification (or near completion)

Strong technical taxation knowledge across individuals, trusts, companies and groups

Experience reviewing compliance work and managing client portfolios

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Experience with Xero, MYOB and Microsoft Office

A proactive mindset and genuine interest in advisory services and emerging technology
