Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide financial analysis, performance insights and decision support to drive business outcomes. This role combines financial planning, forecasting, commercial analysis and stakeholder management, offering significant exposure to senior leadership and key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision making.
- Analyse financial performance, trends and key business drivers across multiple data sources.
- Interpret financial models and scenario analysis to support planning and forecasting activities.
- Deliver high quality management reporting and performance commentary for senior stakeholders.
- Challenge assumptions and provide recommendations to improve business outcomes and financial performance.




- Build strong relationships across Finance and the broader business to influence decision making.

About You
- Proven FP&A;, commercial finance or finance business partnering experience within banking or financial services.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex financial information and identify key business drivers.
- Experience working with planning and reporting tools such as TM1, Anaplan or similar platforms.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem solving and decision support.
