About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Florist to join our team on a full-time basis, based at our West Swan facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled floristry professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience to bring their expertise to a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. The ideal candidate will be affiliate-based, with strong technical design skills and the physical resilience to thrive under pressure in a busy factory setting.

Key responsibilities:

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Reconstructing designs and following recipes accurately to meet quality and brand standards
- Producing a high volume of floral arrangements to a consistently high standard
- Applying strong technical floristry skills across a broad range of styles and occasions
- Contributing to funeral work as required (advantageous, not essential)
- Managing stock ordering and control to support efficient production




- Assisting in the leadership and coordination of a small team, promoting collaboration and productivity
- Maintaining a high standard of communication with team members and management
- Working efficiently and calmly within a high-pressure, high-stress factory environment
- Upholding safety standards and maintaining a clean, organised workspace

About You:

- Minimum 5 years' floristry experience
- Competent across all aspects of floristry; funeral work experience highly regarded
- Affiliate-based florist, skilled in reconstructing designs and following recipes
- Physically strong and able to manage the demands of a factory-based production role
- Thrives under pressure in a quick-paced, high-output environment
- Values efficiency, transparent communication and strong teamwork
- Experience with stock ordering and control
- Experience managing or mentoring a small team highly regarded
