The Opportunity We're looking for a Senior Financial Adviser with strong commercial acumen to manage and grow an established client base while supporting new clients. You’ll provide high-quality, compliant advice across investments, superannuation, retirement planning, wealth creation and insurance, while building long-term client relationships and contributing to the continued success of the practice.
Working closely with the broader advice and support team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the practice’s future direction and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Manage and grow an established client base through high-quality, strategic advice
- Conduct client reviews and deliver tailored advice that meets Annual Advice Agreements
- Professionally onboard new clients, ensuring a timely and compliant induction experience.
Business Growth
- Generate new business through referrals, professional networks and Centres of Influence
- Achieve agreed sales, revenue and activity targets
- Contribute to initiatives that improve productivity, client service and efficiency.
Compliance & Development
- Stay current on markets, economic trends and legislative changes.
- Maintain compliance with all licensee policies, advice requirements, and Continuing Professional Education obligations
- Collaborate with the broader advice and support team, while monitoring workflow, sales and revenue performance.
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser
- Motivated and ambitious, with a genuine desire to build a long-term career within a growing business
- Strong team player who aligns with the organisation’s values
- RG146 compliant (DFP 1-8), working towards CFP, Master of Financial Planning or FFP; FASEA compliant
- Robust technical understanding of investment products, superannuation, insurance and relevant legislation
- Strong relationship management and communication skills, with a professional approach
- Genuine interest in financial markets, investment strategies and economic trends
