Senior Full Stack Engineer – Hybrid Melbourne CBD / Sydney CBD – $120k–$200k + Super + ESOP A high-growth, product-led fintech is hiring multiple Software Engineers of varying levels to help build a next-generation platform at the forefront of agentic AI. What you’ll be doing

- Design, build and ship end-to-end features across web and mobile platforms
- Develop and scale agentic AI-driven systems and workflows
- Collaborate closely with product and design to deliver high-impact solutions
- Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making
- Write clean,



maintainable and well-tested code

What we’re looking for

- Strong experience across modern engineering stacks (TypeScript, Node.js, React or similar)
- Experience building scalable systems (microservices, event-driven architectures)
- Interest or exposure to AI, machine learning or data-intensive systems
- Strong problem-solving ability with high learning agility
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
