Key responsibilities include:

- Providing high-quality cutting, colouring, styling and finishing services
- Consulting with clients to understand their individual style, hair goals and needs
- Delivering personalised recommendations and qualified hair care advice
- Building and maintaining strong, loyal client relationships
- Maintaining a high standard of client care and professionalism
- Keeping up-to-date with current techniques, trends and products
- Working collaboratively with and supporting other members of the salon team
- Contributing to the warm, welcoming, and positive atmosphere of The Little Salon.
