About the Team Our team includes passionate and experienced Heritage Advisors, Archaeologists, and GIS specialists who pride themselves on forming genuine partnerships with Traditional Owners and delivering exceptional heritage consulting services.

Your Role

You will oversee cultural heritage projects from inception to completion, including:

- Managing project milestones and stakeholder engagement




- Building strong relationships with Traditional Owners
- Preparing reports such as CHMPs, CHPs, survey reports, salvage reports, and due diligence assessments
- Supervising archaeological field surveys and excavations
- Coordinating the repatriation of cultural heritage material
- Mentoring team members and fostering industry awareness

Key Selection Criteria

- 5+ years’ experience delivering large-scale projects.

- 5+ years of work experience with Archaeology
- Accreditation as a Heritage Advisor
- Bachelor's Degree in Archaeology (minimum Honours level)
- Proven ability to consult and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Expertise in cultural heritage legislation, including the Aboriginal Heritage Act 2006 and Heritage Act 2017
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- GIS experience is highly desirable
